AutoSurfPro has turned in to one of my favorite traffic exchanges in the short time that I have been using it. ( 2 months )
For those of you who happen to like lower surf timers, this exchange will appeal to you as the timer is set at only 8 seconds.
The site is free to join, but like most others, you can upgrade to get a few more features.
The owners of this site are quick to respond to any problems that one may have and they have gone out of their way to fix a few issues that I have had.
